Not bad but there's still a lot of work to be done.

Anatomy is pretty good. Your proportions for the most part is very accurate but there are a few problems that I've noticed. The top of her head seems to be a little flat and wide. Not too much but it's noticeable. Then there's a problem with the right breast. It's looks rather shrunk compared to her other breast. It's probably difficulty due to her body position and the perspective that you decided to draw her from.

Next up, her top. I'm a little confused as to what kind of material this shirt is. When I look at the top half, I thought it would be a cotton like top but then it's see through and tight at the bottom half. You should probably practice with clothes. Even the clingiest of shirts don't just snap to the body like that so I highly recommend that you practice on clothes. And if the clothes isn't see through make sure that the navel isn't seen. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/>

The last thing I have to say is the significant amount of lens flare and shiny things. While I understand that the setting is a bright and sunny day, there's too much brightness going on. I can understand that actual lens flare, due to the sun, but there's too much other shiny bright things going on that it distracts more than it appeals. So just some food for thought, you may want to tone it back next time.

Overall you've got the basic anatomy ideas down and I'm happy that you've got the basics down. A few tweeks here and there and especially work on clothing. I really hopes this critique helps!
