OOPS, Made a mistake!

I accidentally, or should I say "carelessly" put this picture
in the Anime/ Manga folder, it should have gone in the Cartoons folder. My Bad!

Can you fix that please?

If you get and answer this, so all pictures of cartoon characters posted in this group have to have friends with them, not by themselves? Basically a cartoon character with another cartoon character

What about crossover fanart? Is that allowed or do cartoon characters have to be in the same cartoon as each other?

I do have pictures of characters that are all in the same cartoon and I have some crossovers.

If I'm accepted, I'll just go for what I know and post non-crossover fan art and of cartoon characters with their friends, and I do support the idea of drawing cartoon characters with their friends (such as Arthur Read and Buster Baxter, Lincoln Loud and Clyde McBride, etc.)

I also have the same question chill13 has below about O.C.s (I reckon it's not allowed.)

I am curious, I know the group is FANART friendship. But is it only that? Is any OC buddiness allowed?
If not that's okay.
