SO.... I edited it again. But I refreshed the background, fixed old things that needed to go, redrew his primary standing ref, and all that good stuff! I edited literally everything xD

This form is only canon in current times. He didn't have this form 300 years ago, nor did he have claws, tail, serrated teeth, or wings. So if anyone's drawing him from the GSA era, he won't have his draconic features then ovo
