This is Penelope Osborne, also known as Bad Penny, an aspiring rock singer.

Just like the last two years, I've taken part in the Secret Santa organized by DarkHeroineCorruptor and Rob66

This year I am the Secret Santa for Holly-Hoyle

Taking a look through Holly's gallery, I found lots of stories, featuring many different characters. But being a bit of part-time rock musician myself, the character of rock singer 'Bad Penny' stood out as one I'd love to depict, as she sings her heart out.
