She's only creepy when Murdoc is around. But when he's not, Cyborg turns into a good girl and treats everyone nicely. Except jerks, bad people, pirates and the Boogieman.

Cyborg's being creepy is just a facade to ensure that she's not getting deactivated and reprogrammed or thrown away by Murdoc.
