Kaya hesitated for a long time before creating humans. She had crafted magical beasts of incredible beauty, but all of them had wild temperaments and refused to cooperate with the children of Yantri and Maovi. What would happen if she created a human being? She secretly burned with curiosity. Shortly before the disappearance of the Ancestors, she planted a tree and watered it every day with her blood. Many years later, when Kaya was no longer in the world, the tree bloomed for the first time, and from its flowers, humans emerged. Having drunk the blood of the Ancestor, they were mad with thirst, but there wasn't enough evil on Aredara to satisfy it. Came in times of chaos after the Ancestors' disappearance, strange and aggressive, and insanely beautiful, they were immediately rejected by the elder races. To this day, the Kayans live in hiding, and it is said that their tree is sometimes seen in different places, having grown to the size of mountains, as if the entire planet truly belongs to its children.
