Description

Introducing Loony, a wacky balloon who is full of fun and laughter. He is often called an ¨airhead¨ due to getting carried away in his wackiness, making him crazy or loony as his name implies. Despite this, he does not mean any harm and is just a bit misguided. Wacky and humorous characters are one of my favorite type of characters, and I have been dying to create one like this.
