Done in pencil, and colored in Photoshop with Drawing Tablet

I got bored and started sketching a fancy Cinderella. I wanted a unique dress full of frills. I was originally going to just redo it digitally, but decided that I liked the sketch so much that I was going to just digitally color the whole sketch instead. I LOVE how it turned out. I love the color and whimsical feel to it.
