First of all -- i am sorry for my view, as i am giving critiques extremely rarely, but as you ask for it, and i like the artwork, i will do ~

I always loved the way you feel the face anatomy and the detail you put in everything you create. The stare gives brief understanding of the character and, probably, his intentions.

What i would like to mention first, is the use of lineart combined with your approach to shading.
This delicate thoughtful lineart requires a lot of energy, in my opinion, but sadly, this can be kind of ruined by a very soft shading you use. I assume you use only a soft brush for shading, while using rough brush for lineart; this gives slight unsettling effect, as there are two different techniques used in one drawing.
I would suggest you to use either semi-celshading, using same rough brush to make shadows, or use soft, more realistic, shading, sacrificing delicate lineart.

In my humble opinion, you should try going for dynamic lineart, varying its thickness in more shadowy regions to thicker, and go thin in lighter regions.
This, i guess, requires much more thinking even in stage of sketching, but hey, we should try going out of comfy box?
And also, what is more important, try not being afraid to use different brush roughness in shading as well.

The most noticeable issue here are the sternocleidomastoids (neck tendons), which look too sharp because of the lineart; i would completely erase the lines there and leave only shading, as you did with cheekbones and nose bridge; they also should be a bit thicker.
Same with knuckles and extensor tendons.

The overall artwork suits your pretty dark style (love-love), but even if this is just a portrait, i'd suggest to try adding a bit more interest to the image by shifting perspective and viewing angle.

The rest is minor:
I'd suggest trying to go for defining the fabric textures -- right now i can't say what is the jacket made of... it's not leather indeed, but i can't say exactly what it is.
