Short Story: After intervention in russian civil war 2081-2089 Empire of Manchuria took territories of amur blast, primorsky krai, jewish autonomous oblast and south of khabarovsk krai to create client state due to opposition of integration with manchuria with Natalya Lidiya Molchalin as puppet ruler
About Leader: Natalya Lidiya Molchain is Half Russian Half Manchurian Writer and Poet due to her population and willingnes to join manchuria and her view as manchurian not russian
