Magnification in a 2D-slice of the four dimensional cubic parameter space using the standard parameterizing z -> z^3 - 3a^2 z + b, critical points z = +a and z = -a

Some sections of the arm are black, other having fine structures are colored This is not due to any spectacular filter or post processing but to the pure mathematical terrain in this section, the black denotes solid parts of the set M-
