Description

Dracolich for the 4th ed Monster Manual that never saw print. There were changes after the colors were submitted... they're in a separate post.

This is absolutely perfect for the big bad in my current campaign. The fact that it still has enough color to still look "alive" while clearly being an abomination is great. My villain is a blue dragon whose carefully laid plans are being thwarted, and as a last ditch effort after suffering severe injuries she's going to become a dracolich in one last attempt to stop the party from completely undoing her centuries of plotting. I had to dig up my ancient unused account just to say thanks.
