But trust is a two way system. When a friendship is torn, It can be worse than a heartbreak, And forever doesn't seem so long. Memories become bitter regret, Secrets turned into weapons, Every meeting full of tension. Where did it all go wrong? One starts to lie, The other filled with solitude, Now they only share one thing, Their stubbornness. This stubbornness transforms, And many years pass by, Fortified promises finally crumbled.
