Stage 1: Maidevil, the Fish-Imp Pokemon (Mermaiden + Devil, read Dex, = Maidevil). Type: Water. Dex Entry: "They are rarely seen in shallow or bright waters, often seen sticking to the edges of sea-shelves where the depths suddenly plummet. However, they enjoy terrorising swimmers with their hair-like appendages when they venture into the shallows."

Stage 2: Maidrowner, the Depth-Dragger Pokemon (Mermaiden + Drowner, = Maidrowner). Type: Water/Dark. Dex Entry: "Their name leaves no room for interpretation - they wrap their hair-like arms around their prey and drag it to the sea-floor, where it is never seen again. Said to be the spirits of those who died at sea, it is unknown if they consume their prey's body or its soul."
