Description

worst night from months.

woah. for 139 comment (3 were spam) only 2 or 3 ppl said that they don't have problems with sleep. the rest don't sleep well at night. is insomnia another disease of civilisation? like obesity and depression? or maybe it's just because young ppl spend a nightime "doing stuff" (mostly browsing Internet..) and that rearranged inner clocks and their organisms think that the right time for sleep is during the day? for example me - I don't find troubles with sleeping at day. but at night... uh.
anyway it's kinda worried that insomnia tires so many young ppl...
