They have babies resemble themselves when they were little, but simply happy and care free. ^^

(Well well... maybe I should put this in case of....I know the possible genetic risk,actually I'm a student majored in clinical medicine. But, naruto is a fictional world anyway. There are some other things in manga that can't be explained with current knowledge. Even so I believe the problem will be fixed one day.)
