Jack the Ripper by Fyresteed on DeviantArt (original) (raw)

You're in for surprise
You're in for a shock
In london town streets
When there's darkness and fog
When you least expect me
And you turn your back
I'll attack

I smile when I'm sneaking
Through shadows by the wall
I laugh when I'm creeping
But you won't hear me at all

All hear my warning
Never turn your back
On the ripper

You'll soon shake with fear
Never knowing if I'm near
I'm sly and I'm shameless
Nocturnal and nameless
Except for "the ripper"
Or if you like "jack the knife"

Any back alley street
Is where we'll probably meet
Underneath a gas lamp
Where the air's cold and damp
I'm a nasty surprise
I'm a devil in disguise
I'm a footstep at night
I'm a scream of the fright

All hear my warning
Never turn your back
On the ripper...the ripper....the ripper

-Judas Priest: The Ripper

----------------

"Hello, Jack."

"My name is not Jack..."

"Ah, no, 'tis not, but it seems most others think it is."

He goes by a lot of names. The Ripper, the Whitechapel Murderer, Leather Apron, Jack the Knife. But really, no one knows who he is.

Mr. Ambrose Winchester, however, is known by a lot of people. A gentleman, dressed in the finest clothes with a personality to match. Suave, debonair, always polite, if a little secretive.

A total misogynist who, even though he may seem to take a fancy to many women, only wants to see them dead because of something that happened to him over twenty years ago.

Even though he will always try to deny it, Mr. Ambrose Winchester and Jack the Ripper are the same person.

And they always will be.

I told myself I shouldn't make any more Red Fox OCs. But I just needed a Platinum Silver. So here's Ambrose, or Jack the Ripper, although I'd stick with Ambrose if you like living. A fox/human shapeshifter based on the notorious late 1800s England serial killer.

I keep trying to tell myself I should hate this guy. He kills people just for the hell of it, because he had a screwed up life. But his disguise just gets to me.

I was messing with blood effects. They turned out alright, I'd say. And btw, he usually doesn't have the hat or the monocle as a fox, but I always draw him with the white cravat in both forms.

He's one of my MNL character's brother. Can you guess which one?

(No, he's not in the MNL plotline, he's just part of said character's past.)

Well then!
