Sorry for long time didn't draw this so here you go ;-;
This is Indistar, A person that is similar to Indiness but Evolved, His scarf is now have 2 Star in 2 side and his name changed to Indistar, His tail is more Blue and His eyes are Light Cyan Color, And there nothing much changed on his hat, only Colors.
