===Drawing Commentaries===

I have always been fascinated bt the story from the War of Roses, so this drawing is dedicated for the representation of the English in the lat 15th CE as part of the "Thrones of England" chapter in the coming artbook that coincide with that historical period.

In here, Duchess Edith is drawn in the typical late Gothic style plate armor, but with few other combination of parts that is based on the effigy of sir William Harcourt who died in 1482, while the rest of the men at arms (possibly her retainer) are drawn in the equipments based on contemporary illustrations and re-enactments. I tried to depicting her son, John, using the "Coventry Sallet" while wearing a brigandine for additional immersion :)
