Description
This originally was intended to give an unnamed character an updated look. Here's the original character:

While talking with the incredibly talented 
he made the suggestion to name him T-Bird due to the car design and the throwing stars he had on his forearms. I showed him the re-design I was working on and, in a moment of genius, Vito suggested coupling him with Osprey as a husband and wife crime fighting team!

So there you have it. The Gaston Universe (which will have a new name soon) has grown for the better, and I couldn't be happier!
