The blur effect is a bit per used which can be good for a dreamy effect but in that seems like it needs to be more crisp. The rope is a little sloppy but you did capture that it's not just a total wavy string, and the anatomy is a bit off but I do envy your lips cause I fail at them all the time. It's a pretty average picture in total but I absolutely love the lips.
