Description

Another recent digital painting (wow).
I saw it in a TT so I decided to draw it out of curiosity. I think I might use it as part of my OC universe building.
There are also many points of improvement, but I think it works okay for this piece's standards--it was just to draw the thing and make mess. I think I should learn how to draw water though.
