Description

Hamamatsu Japan,
Act city tower.

Reaching up to the sky it reminded me of the Tower of Babel.
The tower of Babel was rendered useless by God who was offended by mans presumptiousness, and the Babel fish website was made to "confuse and confound" mankind. :beer:

And mankind rendered this Act city pointless with economics rather than language. Not half of the space is rented and they turn the lights on inside at night to make it look like its beeing used. :beer:
