Superman 3-Vera's Conversion Speculation

Superman 3-Vera Robot Speculation During the movie's climactic battle after Superman has fled from the cave that houses the Supercomputer, leaving the villains, Ross Webster, Vera Webster and Lorelei Ambrosia, with the out-of-control Supercomputer. Deciding to flee, Lorelei books it from the control room above the Supercomputer and Vera is right behind her. When Vera tries to escape, she is struck by a light blue energy-based beam that halts her escape and drags her screaming back into the Supercomputer, pulling her into its central innards. This is the same beam that the Supercomputer used to throw Gus Gorman away, knocking him unconscious. Ross and Lorelei watch on as Vera is put through a horrifying transformation. There is a continuity error here where Vera is wearing short white gloves; these gloves disappear during the transformation scene.
