I remember in BULLY mission called slingshot cutscene where Gary thought that Pete said that Jimmy was dumb and Pete tries to get out of the mess by saying that Gary was taking out of his contexts, but eventually Gary does humiliate Pete in front of Jimmy before Gary would kick his balls

but Phase 4 was not part of it and she was in the background
