Description

While Asuka and Kasumi were talking, Jimmy and Ruby had told Davis about exciting news for their teams which Davis was happy while Jimmy tells him to join his team which is Team Diamond Hearts which Davis refused and told them his three reasons...

His reasons:
1: His Lack of interest being in the team
2: Davis is a small-time fighter and still modest as he hasn't got experience yet...
3: Davis isn't much stronger than the others were... which he would struggle a lot to keep up with them

It's possible that Davis would join at one point but his lack of interest would lead him to refuse to join and told Jimmy that he won't be joining. which kinda similar to some characters who refused to join...
