I was looking for tutorials for Photoshop then I came across a cel shading tutorial for Photoshop users, I was pleased I came across cuz ive been wanting to learn how to cel shade ever since I stumbled across 's gallery which u guys should check it out and find out y.

well it is my first time as yea well its a crappy job i did
