Ike and Mist from Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn. Mist actually said that quote, because she felt guilty she wasn't there when her father died.

And I kinda got lazy with the background. I was going to do Castle Crimea, but I gave up. =]

I will try to never draw faces ever again. My drawings look better that way.
