Description

Phobos is Deimos's brother and secretary of Fear Inc. He's often skittish and fearful of his brother as he is often forced to do work, but underneath his fearful stature he is quite knowledgeable on psychology and phobias. He's often the one that documents the mortals lives and keeps records of their wrongdoings.
