Description

I redesign my oc the Oc the Arbiter because his old design wasn’t as bold and heroic as I thought. So I made him more like Superman in appearance and gave him just a small blue mask. Meet the Original Arbitrator, the Arbiter. He has the power to manipulate radiation energy, fly, invulnerability, and is able to perform feats of superhuman strength. The Arbiter is very heroic by living up to what it means to be a superhero. He is also the father of Spartacus and Starlight Sorceress. He is one of the strongest Arbitrators in the organization. However he has three weaknesses, the first one is that his powers only work during the day and not nighttime. The Arbiter’s second weakness is that moonstones drain him of his powers due to the stone’s tie in with nighttime. Finally his last weakness is that while he is nearly invulnerable, there is one spot on his side that is not and is vulnerable.

lets be honest there are a dozen contemporary character references i could make but i am positive this comment section is gona be full to bursting with quotes form a very particular shonen anime soon, so i wont bog you down with them.

I do like the design.
