Description

Another VERY esoteric character from Disney's Duck Tales.
From the episode 'A Case of Mistaken Secret Identity', this character was one a gaggle of groupies that hung around Launchpad when everyone thought he was really Gizmoduck (Disney's version of RoboCop).
And yes, she WAS that top heavy on the show.
