This is based on the IDW The Transformers: All Hail Megatron cover. The head on the pike is Kesagiriman, he was killed by Katsuki Bakugo during the Seige on Musutafaru event, as Bakugo was standing on the decimated ruins of UA High which is now later a prison and a palace for his master, Brightburn and holding the proken top piece of the flag pole that had the UA flag now tattered up on his right hand and the pike with a decaptitated pro hero on his left hand.

How Kesagiriman got killed during this event? Good question, he was killed by the corrupted Class 1-A student Katsuki Bakugo with his own superhuman strength and send an blast towards from him to cripple his limbs unable to use his speed, and he also breaks his spine all Knight Fall style until he tore his off from his body and place it on to the pike.
