Don't try to think on them that much, it's clearly doing you some harm. Try to distract yourself doing other things on the meantime, like reading, playing games and Watching some movies.

And be patient with then too, There's no need to get upset on them, overall manage them and do some checks on a weekly basis, like short concise messages, but don't be too insistent
