Description

Saitou, from Rurouni Kenshin (Samurai X), during his Shinsengumi days. Started this one a few weeks back, but didn't get very far when school got busy.

The usual. Done completely in Photoshop. No references. I'm not sure how long this took since I started it a while ago, but it's a relatively quick one.
