There is one thing My Djungarian hamster [2.5 years old, girl, Ptysia (name as if someone did not know)] cannot open his eye. I read that it is recommended to wash the eye with chamomile, but I do not know whether to believe what I read on the Internet. If you have any hamster, please give me a tip what to do. Because I do not know whether to go to the vet or do it myself HELP.
In loving memory of Ophelia. You will cross the rainbow bridge without me but before you know it I'll be holding you to my chest.
In loving memory of my female hamsters: Pipi and Misia and my sister's male hamster : Kuba

Hi all Hamsters lovers!
I'm trying to win a contest and I would really appreciate your help if you could.
My little Von is on this contest (they called him Scott, it was my mistake, sorry), to help I just need you to like this photography of Von on Facebook:
I'll be very greatful if the group could help me with this, thank you very much!
alright, I got my hamster yesterday. She's bright, curious, the only time her tail is wet is when she steps in her water bowl, I wasn't sure what she was used to drinking from a bottle or bowl so I put both in. Her eyes are clean, her fur is neat and she's a healthy weight.
The only thing I'm worried about is that I haven't gotten bitten, is there anyway to tell if she's sick or was my hamster just well adjusted to people? she looks anywhere from four to seven months old and she's a Syrian.
