Description

the king of muay thai. Finally out of shoto territory for the male SF characters. Despite never really playing him in the games, Sagat has been a character that has stuck with me and the one that started my fascination with Muay Thai. Really only fitting that I get him ahead of other characters. Hope he makes it into SF6 at some point. For his look, I wanted something similar to his tattered look in SFV, makes him look like he's been around longer, fits his reputation as The King. I also added his pra jiad that he has on his SFV default costume but not on his classic look. I was considering forgoing them as a visual indication that Sagat isn't quite that much of a saint (at least in his earlier days) but given their spiritual importance in Muay Thai, Sagat didn't seem like the type of guy to forsake such a thing. I also opted to give him eyes similar to his earlier appearances rather than the solid white he's gotten in the more recent games. Storywise, he'd be pretty similar to how he is in the main canon. He also like some corn flakes.
