Description
Here is the 8th drawing in my Dr Who series of artworks. This is the 4th Doctor, as portrayed by Tom Baker. He was the other Doctor that I grew up with, along with Jon Pertwee. Tom Baker was always the one I most remember as being a bit manic and silly. That and the jelly babies 
Again, done in pen/ink on watercolour paper, with the plan to do a colour watercolour wash over the top eventually.
