Oh, COOL!

Most people tend to forget about dovecotes these days, just as they forget about fishponds et al. (Though I was mildly entertained by an artist here on DevArt who'd done considerable research on medieval monastery design but hadn't thought about why the laundry lines really shouldn't be right next to the dovecote.)
