Hyuuga Hanabi - Curly/Visual Kei Hairstyle by HinataWeasley on DeviantArt (original) (raw)

Once upon a time I wanted to draw Hanabi and Hinata with loose, beautiful curls in their hairs. And the idea came to life again while talking to my friend who was drawing at that time. But in the meanwhile I was watching Teardrop PV, from Royz, and got so excited with the idea of putting Subaru's hairstyle to Hanabi.Paranoid - Smiley Eyes And I also wanted to draw Hanabi with short hair someday, so why not both at the same time? Sweating a little... Well, this may be the most challenging drawing I've ever made; I thought I would never complete it. And although this final version diverts from the original concept I was thinking of, it wasn't so awful after all. So hope you enjoy it!

Models: Subaru, from Royz (of course) in his Teardrop costume, Matsumoto Misaki from former Japanese duo "Love", and random girls with curly hair on Google.

Oh, and by the way, I know that Hanabi's front lock is reversed. I couldn't do as its usual direction (falling from the left to the bottom side of her right cheek) because the hair's direction in this particular hairstyle was already established. It's just incoherent here, if you try to imagine it the way it is supposed to be.

Fin.
