Description

This was a tryout piece for a T shirt company that has Disney as a client. the guy tossed a random villain at me and after showing me the kind of stuff and the thought process behind the concepts this is what i came up with. this was especially a huge challenge for me because (if you are familliar with my art you are quite aware that) i don't use color and have very little confidense in my ability to... i do it rarely if at all, and i keep it simple when i do. i have never done anything like this before so i honestly wasn't sure if i could pull it off, and believe me for most of the ten to twelve hours working on this thing, i was sure i wasn't. because when working like this, on any kind of paint really it pretty much looks like crap until the home stretch. so for anyone that keeps up with me and knows my general atitude towards aspiring fellow artist, this is a big damn step out of my comfort zone and an argument for others to do the same. and personally i am quite proud of it.
