The photo and pose is very well arranged - a beautiful high-key shot - no surprise this was chosen as a book cover. And your photo is better than the cut-out on the book, as the backgroud trees and the light add to the impression and this is lost in the book cover.

One tiny (most people wont even notice) thing I think one could do better: I think the lens used here is not optimal for this type of bokeh shot. Around the tree the blur looks a bit "punchy" and not soft enough, which breaks the high-key style a bit.
