Comment: Summers remind me of when my parents would watch Nuj Nplhaib & Ntxawm, so I decided to draw something in tribute to the movie.

Hey Hmong folks... If I'm spelling anything wrong, please tell me :)

Anyways simple explanation, Nuj Nphaib & Ntxawm is a film about a guy's journey to rescue his girlfriend from shape-shifting tigers. It's regarded as one of the greatest Hmong films mostly because of acting and easy to follow story. The film isn't without it's fault with some strange direction and Hmong cheesiness. But overall, I actually enjoyed it. There were very nice shots of Laos. :)

I went on an experimented in drawing a simple background with lots of bamboo shoots because Laos has some crazy bamboo forests... But seriously, I don't think I want to draw bamboo shoots again. >_<
