Description

Through a complex series of rituals and surgeries the Hel Guard are made. These practices leave them much stronger, taller, and more durable than normal men. Several of their organs as well as the bones in their hands and feet are replaced with steel machines.

Intresting, even the soldiers of Hel are less than human, and I thought the dregs and mutants were the only ones, I guess everyone in Hel is changed once they get there
