Here is my idea for @cartooniaartscraft12 and he is Peter the Green Turtle and he is one of Lingo, Lette, Tammy and Tommy's best friends and he is a character builder in my style of Looney Tunes, Tiny Toon Adventures or Animaniacs, Bonkers, Darkwing Duck or Mickey Mouse Cartoons.
