This Rule applies by purchasing / selling any designs by me

You are agreeing to these terms and services and have the responsibility to
follow, listen and respect them.

If you disagree to these then please don't consider buying my designs.

✦ Ownership | General Rules ✦

The official designs made by me is still my copyright / property. I have the rights to post the art elsewhere and promote myself and the artwork.

- It is allowed to co-own with another person.
- Please credit me for the design 'Ichirozu' It's the same username for my toyhou.se
(For first post, you are not obligated to credit every time you make art. Just once!)
- You don't have the rights to make rules on my designs. (after bought)
ex. 'You can't change their gender' 'You can't change their name'
- Do not steal / recolor / trace / heavily reference my design.
- You may convert my design into another species.

✦ Editing / Recoloring ✦

- You are allowed to give name, change the gender, change outfits etc. As long as my design is still recognizable !
- Do not draw over my art / original design. New designs / tweaks should be made by new art.

✦ Selling / Trading ✦

- You made sell the adopt for the price you bought / commissioned art. 'Sentimental value' does not apply.
- Gifts and fan-art does not apply as well.
- You may trade the design for another design.
- if you decide to 'OTA' (Offer-to-adopt), The seller may sell the adoptable to any price that was offered.
If the buyer is willing to offer more than the adoptables price worth and is also aware of the adoptable's value
then it's allowed.
- Please tell me who the new owner is if you decide to sell / trade / gift them.

✦ Payment / Payment Plan

(This includes YCH)

- I only accept USD and points.
Currency is always USD. My country's currency is PHP and please change it to USD when sending me payment!

- Payment plans are accepted 60$ and above.
- A deposit of 25% is required. 20$ is the minimum.
- Maximum duration for Payment Plan is 2 months.
- If you fail to complete payment then no money will be refunded and the character still does not belong to you.
- You don't own the character until you've fully payed the payment.
