I assume that Notorious B.I.G is similar to Ebony Devil in that it works based on the power of a grudge or whatever so I wonder if it was still usable without him, ya know, dying?

So either Carne's resume was impressive enough or Diavolo really was just that desperate to hire someone whose stand capabilities weren't fully known and hope for the best.

And since no one in the gang has ever seen Diavolo face to face that must mean that Doppio deals with all that. Like a secretary almost.
