Delta, is the clone of Akebi Sanzu, the daughter of Amado Sanzu. And an inner of the Kara organization.
She has a beautiful body, but also an explosive temperament, which can make her rather brash and quick to act, which usually is not a problem given the ninja tech inside her body and the relative powers she has been granted:
Her powers include super strenght, the ability to fly, to interface her eyesight with that of her spy drone, to absorb chakra with her eyes, shoot devastating eye lasers from her eyes, and to straight up transfer her coscience in a new body in case of need.
Akebi version: Without the Kara tattoo on the forehead, her artificial looking eyes, her earrings, her yellow make up, yellow lipstick and yellow nail polish on the fingernails and the toenails, Delta does indeed look completely identical to Akebi Sanzu.
Bikini version: Even members of an evil organization may want to relax from time to time and go to the beach.
