Jennifer Carpenter is an American actress, best-known from a series Dexter. She plays there Debra, a foster-sister of Dexter, the main character played by Michael C.Hall. What's funny, in real life, she is Michael's wife.

I drew a portrait of Jennifer 'cause I just love her character ^^ The series would lack something if Debra wasn't there. Why?

Since lately I've been drawing only men and using up many pencils to get very black areas and strong contrast, I decided to draw a nice, plain, not very complicated portrait of a woman, and here it is. I like how it turned out, especially the necklace [though it was pain in the ass in some parts] and her eyes. Enjoy! :)
