A little while ago I fantasy booked my own Fatal Fury vs Street Fighter game and with Terry being added to Street Fighter 6 this week and just yesterday SNK revealing Ken and Chun-Li to be DLC for Fatal Fury City of the Wolves now seemed like the perfect time to share it.

This is my 3rd iteration of this roster and I'm pretty happy with it. I decided to include the expanded universes of both franchises so I had more characters to choose from, especially on the Fatal Fury side as Street Fighter has had close to 100 playable characters meanwhile Fatal Fury had only like 50 characters. The expanded universe of Fatal Fury include games like Buriki One, Art of Fighting, 3 Count Bout amongst others, meanwhile the Street Fighter expanded universe includes Final Fight, Rival Schools, Saturday Night Slammasters amongst others.

I decided to have gender parity on both sides which ended up being 10 female fighters per franchise. I would have like to have more but the Fatal Fury series and expanded universe really didn't have much to choose from but 10 out of 28 is still a 3rd of the roster, I think B. Jenet is really the only female character omission on that side. It may be weird to have May Lee here as she debuted in King of Fighters but I due to her close tied to Kim Khapwan I thought she's count, I also wanted her to pair off against Juri, both Korean taekwondo practitioners but one being an anti-hero/villain meanwhile the other is a literal Power Ranger in training.

The reason the bulk of these characters were chosen was due to interactions between the two franchises that I wanted to see, I will write a journal post outlining these that I'll add to this description (if that's possible). However one example for instance was that I wanted to see Cody and Guy fight Geese while Maki fought Mr. Big.

Anyway I hope everyone likes this and let me know your thoughts or what characters you'd switch and change around, but please don't be mean or insulting and if you don't know who a character is feel free to ask I do have one or two obscure pics
