Description

due to extreme sexual dimorphism the males of this species posses notable secondary sexual characteristics, such as dense plumage and colorful patterns on their scales. said characteristics while highly appealing and eye catching, aren't seen as obscene or too sexual to be covered up most of the time (unlike human breasts in some cultures).
in consequence clothing is mostly designed to emphasize or simply divert attention into said characteristics.
it should also be said that overall the kaize as a species dont se clothing as much of a strict necessity (their scales are thougher than human skin, but not armored per say) so clothing plays a decorative and more practical role.
